Breakfast Menu

We place great emphasis on breakfasts at Heron Lodge, using only the finest ingredients, wherever possible from local farms, and purchasing our town butcher's finest sausages. We aim to provide a healthy breakfast by grilling our meat and using sunflower oil for frying. Flora is available as an alternative to butter.

Choice of fruit juices, including unsweetened cranberry, plus

Muesli or cereals with extra dried fruits or

Porridge, plain or drizzled with local honey or

Freshly prepared fruit of the day or

Low fat yoghurt or

Grapefruit segments

Traditional English breakfast
(Fried egg, grilled bacon, Warwickshire sausage, tomato, mushrooms, fried bread)

Our own recipe little syrup pancakes, with maple, golden or home made local fruit syrup, on their own, or with egg and bacon

Scrambled farm eggs and/or beans on toast
